Once your plants leave our hand , it is beyond our responsibility to refund or find a replacement. We will always do our best to pack your order .

Broken leaves, bruised leaves and spilled soil during shipping are NOT CONSIDERED being severe damage and can happen. Leaf bruising is common during shipping. If your plants got severely damaged in shipping please provide a video while unboxing and photo of the box and damaged plant within the first 24 hours. If the plant is deemed severely damaged (beyond broken leaves), we will either consider replace or credit you.
